ELOPEMENTS & SMALL WEDDINGS

In these unprecedented times, it is becoming quite clear that micro weddings may be the way of the near future, and that capturing your wedding day on camera might be the only way to fully share the experience with your loved ones who can’t be there. We’re doing everything we can to accommodate for smaller coverages so that our couples can still have a beautiful wedding day, while staying safe within the COVID gathering guidelines as mandated by the state.

This highlight sample of an elopement on Maui predates the Pandemic, but represents a short highlight film assembled from one of our smaller coverages: A ceremony coverage with added time for getting ready and sunset formals. Our base package for a wedding ceremony begins at 1 hour of coverage, and can be customized with additional time as needed.

FULL WEDDING DAY COVERAGES

Featured here is a Day Highlight film, which is included as a deliverable with every hourly coverage we offer. Day Highlight films are typically between 1 and 2 song lengths (depending on your coverage time) and showcase the very best moments from your wedding day, crafted into a short narrative.

Our most popular full wedding day coverages vary between 5 and 9 hours. Every wedding day is different, so we base our coverage on what best suits your timeline, and which parts of the day are most important for you. When inquiring about your wedding, the more detail you can provide us the better! Knowing your approximate head count, your locations and schedule, and your desired coverage, are all really helpful bits of information that we can use to provide a custom quote.

LOVE STORiES

One of the best things about weddings is hearing the stories behind how our couples first met! Whether your story is simple and sweet or totally bizarre, our “how we met” video is a great way to showcase your love story from start to finish, for those who may not already know. Whether you share the video on your personal wedding site, attach it to a Save the Date card, or play it live at your wedding reception, this is a fun way to highlight your unique backstory together.

There are so many ways to do it too. Our typical love story video includes an interview style shoot with the couple, or with close family and friends. But there are other creative ways to tell your story through skits, music videos, or even voice over slideshows. The possibilities are truly endless, and we’d love to work with you to figure out what best fits your personality.

SOCIAL MEDIA HIGHLIGHTS

After we film your wedding, the editing process takes time to complete, but you may want something sooner to announce your big day on social media or build some hype around your wedding week. For this reason we offer an add-on option for couples who would like to have a short video to showcase as soon as possible. Whether it’s one quick “teaser” shot for your IG story, or a minute long video reel to highlight some of the best moments, we got you covered! We’ll turn around a short announcement video within the days following your wedding.

SLIDESHOWS

Slideshows are a nice way to add entertainment to your reception, whether it’s a special presentation during your program or just something to play in the background while guests are mingling. We offer both options for couples looking for a way to share their own photos and videos.

Our custom slideshows start at 75 photos, and are edited to music of your choice with timed transitions and effects to heighten the vibe of the video. Typically because these slideshows are timed to music, they are given a presentation slot in your reception program.

As another option, our looping slideshows are a great way to still share your collection of photos, but play them in the background of your cocktail hour or dinner for guests to enjoy at their leisure. Because these slideshows run indefinitely on a loop without music, we are able to include a lot more photos in the starting package (up to 300!)

DeliverableS & ADD-on MEDIA

The final deliverables for any of our full wedding day coverages include a Highlight film, along with a full documentary style edit of the wedding day. A documentary style edit includes your full ceremony, along with any formal reception program that we film, edited together from start to finish in real-time. We bridge these real-time segments together with short music highlights, to show extra footage from the wedding day that may not have made it into the shorter highlight film.

Once we receive your approval on the wedding videos, we provide all final edits to you by Digital Download link via MediaZilla. From your personal link, the videos can be watched online, shared with family and friends, and even downloaded to your personal device.

We also offer extra media for order, including Blu-Rays, DVDs and USBs, which can be added to any package at additional cost. Please inquire with us to receive a custom quote for any add-on media.
